Kapten Boat Collar - Cheaper Alternatives ?
Hi

I bought a tinny to replace my RIB for crabbing and fishing. I'd like to attach some padding and some bouyancy the boat collar looks perfect but at $1,000 for a 12" tinny it seems a lot.
