Thinking of buying a elite 37. Any pro's con's or advice or sugestions would be welcome. How do they sail?

They sail OK. They are very similar to Jeanneaus of the same era.

I like the idea of a lifting keel. Only looked at these at the boat shows years ago. I liked them. Same opinion as barnakiel.

I think some were lifting some were fixed. The one we sailed was fixed version.
