Knots Made Easy

Been brushing up on my skills in readyness for my new vessel and found this very cool site.

Animated Knots by Grog | How to Tie Knots | Fishing, Boating, Climbing, Scouting, Search and Rescue, Household, Decorative, Rope Care,

All the knots you could want, in colour step by step animation, along with some usefull info on the uses of each one.

Re: Knots made easy

A good site.

Useful ones which I often use, such as Alpine Butterfly knot, this site shows very clearly how to tie it.

However, another knot I quite often use, The Spanish Bowline, doesn't seem to appear on the site at all although it can be a bit fiddly to get it right. (I use it on my bosun's chair with 8mm vectran rope).
