Listing Agreements? Advice Please.

Hello All

I have just been made aware that there are various types of Listing Agreements out there.

I only know of the Central Listing Agreement.

What others are there and what are their pros and cons.?

Thanks

OK. No worries, I have it figured out...U think.

Seems the various brokers offer different types of tailored listings. The so called Central Listing is the only standard one among them.

Always a battle to through broker-speak.

I got it now. Thanks.
