Listings where the pics don't match up

I've noticed a lot of listings lately where the pics don't add up with each other or the description. For example the boat will be written about as a 3 cabin but the pics are of a 4 cabin, this I could just write off as inattentive brokers.

However, there are also a lot of boats I see where the pics don't add up with each other. For example this one. The saloon pic is clearly one with 2 cabins in the bow, but then a few pics later there is a pic of a V berth master. Are these scams, or are brokers just using "stock" photos in their listings?

Most are lazy and use stock photos to attract buyers to their listing hoping that when they notice they will already have an emotional attachment and can still be a potential purchaser.
I’ve also seen many listing photos where the name on the transom is different in different shots. A clear indication of using the most attractive photos to attract a buyer. Used car salesmen have nothing on some yacht brokers.
