Longer term rentals

Still unsure at retirement in a few years whether we will take the ownership plunge. At this point we are renting from charter companies for 9 or 10 days twice a year. My question is are there any sites where owners or companies offer longer rental (ie. for a month). If we don't buy I want to still spend considerably more time on the water, but 6-8 weeks worth of charter fees, ugh. PS East coast or Caribbean. Thanks.
