Nauticat back in business!

According to the Nauticat Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Nauticat Nauticat will restart business soon. They are soliciting pre-orders now.

Nauticat had gone bankrupt in 2018. But, they are coming back now. More details are promised soon on the Facebook page.

Nauticat made beautiful, strong, solid, and comfortable pilothouse sailboats which were ideally suited for cruising. They also offered motorsailers. Nauticat never made any catamarans.

The funds from “pre-orders” have a funny way of disappearing into thin air when a fledgling company goes bankrupt. I would refrain from putting capitol forward until they had established themselves and proven their market value.
