Need help Identifying This Feathering Prop

Any idea on the manufacturer of this feathering prop? Or any hints on installation? It has a bronze pipe threaded into the internal shaft gear block. This pipe/tube is fitted over the drive shaft and to operate the tube must move forward or back. I am not sure how the tube should be fixed in relation ship to the shaft, possibly with a collar on the shaft to limit how far it allows the tube to move or a spring arrangement?

A Saab controllable pitch propeller perhaps.

I helped rebuild a Sabb once, it didn't look like this one; maybe this is a different model?

Hasselfors

Hasselfors made a "Foldomatic" which that is NOT. I'm not saying it's not a Hasselfors, but I couldn't find any hits for Hasselfors that looked like that. Again, that also doesn't mean it's not.
