need photos diesel fuel vent

Thinking of relocating my diesel fuel vent.

Right now is under water on certain points of sailing.

Also is just a normal thruhull instad of a flame arrester.

Would appreciate any photos of your diesel fuel vent installation.

It’s hard to see here, but it’s the little silver bent/screen centerline below the rubrail behind the windvane.

Diesel vent doesn't need a "flame arrestor" but getting it above the rubrail is a good idea! just use a regular screened vent. Usually they're in the cockpit coaming or at the top of the stern. it all depends on where your tanks are.
