Need Recommendation for Surveyor and Yard in Annapolis

I am looking for recommendations for a surveyor that does work in the Annapolis area. Also, please specify people that you would NOT use if appropriate.

I am also looking for recommendations for a yard in Annapolis to have the survey done.

Thanks everyone!

Capt BW:

The worst marina manager I have ever encountered is at Fairview Marina in that area. Avoid Fairview Mariana at all cost!

We were hauled at Eastport Yacht Center and was delighted with their service.

Peter Hartoft is a very good surveyor. (www.HartoftMarineSurvey.com)

Cheers,

Milo

Bert Jabin's on Back Creek for haulout and survey in slings. Probably about $400 for haul and bottom wash down.

We (ok, our Bristol 40) is just about to be surveyed by James Renn, and here is his website:

Marine Forensic Technicians, Stevensville, Maryland - James R. (Randy) Renn, SAMSŪ AMSŪ - Marine Surveyor

He knows the region well & seems extremely experienced and sensible.

Try Hinckley Yacht Services for haulouts etc.

Peter did our survey and I was quite pleased with him.
