New Winches Half Price

I didn't know where to post this but that chain of stores has a winch sale until March 9. It is buy one get one free so essentially half price if you need 2. You know who they are and I am not affiliated.

WM does this from time to time, it’s a great deal.

Great deal! I bought 2 self tailing 2 speed Lewmar 42's for $1200 last year during the WM 2 for sale.

It still works out to a good deal but they are individually priced higher than their competitors so not quite the half price deal you think you are getting.

Kind of like the Shoe or Glove stores having a two for one sale. You buy one, you get the other for free to make a pair.

Kind of makes me wonder what the normal markup (margin) is on winches.
