NGIA Sailing Directions Enroute - can't find Pub. 140 (North American Atlantic)

Hey guys,

I've been perusing the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGIA) website to download Pilot Charts and Sailing Directions Enroute and have run into a bit of snafu. I can't seem to find Pub. 140 of the Sailing Directions, which corresponds to the North American Atlantic....it's odd, in their list of available pubs for Sailing Directions they literally skip over 140. I'll attach screenshots of what I see and check out the links below too. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm trying to do some passage planning from north Florida to Leeward Isles and can get Pub. 147 for Leewards but not Pub. 140.

Second attached screenshot verifies that I need #140 and #147...I can get 147 but can't find 140!!?
