North Miami/Port everglade cheap haul out wanted

Im looking to haul out my 46ft sail boat out in a relaxed environment / boat yard .
somewhere north of miami .
I know places normally insist on buying bottom paint from the yard ect .
Ideally i'm wanting something more relaxed not to mention reasonably priced .
beginning of december to beginning of january . about 6 weeks
Has anyone any ideas .
also if anyone thinks they know a better / cheaper place please let me know .
i've been looking at port everglade .
