Well done. You saved the day for you and your neighbour.

Personally, I don't think risking my life in that situation would be worth it. Damage to boats can be repaired.

I'm really glad no one was hurt.

I never felt like my life was at risk, 'just glad I had a dinghy that could get the job done.

Would I do anything differently next time given the same circumstances? Probably not, I'd do the same things.

Good call, I forgot the ever popular 1.0001:1 scope technique. Because why soak all that unnecessary chain in evil salt water?

The three ring charter boat circus begins again tomorrow afternoon, I had the entire bay almost to myself today except for something very strange and odd, but maybe not so much...

I'm reading a book in the cockpit looking out over a completely empty anchorage except for a small 13ft open fishing boat anchored 75ft directly off the bow, I first thought it was drifting and the naked woman onboard was fishing. But no, she just sat there cleaning fish for a half hour, then jumped in when she was finished to wash up. Got back in her boat and motored into town... still nude.

She had a nice tan.

No, just took it out of focus to get the Monet look. I call it "Girl Cleaning Fish."

Two very calm days in the anchorage ahead of me, I wonder what surprises await?

Too artsy. Could be "Chimpanzee reading newspaper"

Did you get any better shots?

I see you don't appreciate the work of the great Impressionists

No other shots, 'didn't wanna cross the line.

I guess what she was doing makes perfect sense if she doesn't want to stinky up her clothes, and just so long as no sharks around, but... motoring into town?

Perhaps it helps her sell fish quicker.
