Owners Time still Available for BVI Charter

Last time we bareboat chartered in the BVI was about 15 years ago and at that time we had great luck connecting with owners directly and using time. We have since been there on our own boat, but haven't chartered in a while. We have an opportunity to be in the VIs in June for a week and I was looking around for owner time options, and don't see any direct way to contact owners these days.

Sailonline/Owner Time Charters are not a direct conduit to owners like they used to be.

Maybe that option has been shut down effectively?
