Panama Canal

The boat I was crewing on has changed plans and
will not be transiting the canal,
Therefore myself and another crew will be
in Panama for the next tens days
and seek a spot on a boat making the transit.
Willing to make a contribution to the kitty
for an oportunity to transit.
We both have tickets home
Cheers
Neil

Re: Panama Canal

You don't say where you are or whether you are going north or south. If you are in Colon, there are boats in the marina there preparing to transit south. They are with the World ARC. You can see the boat names by going to worldcruising.com, select the Rallies menu, select World ARC, click on the image for "Where are the boats?," select the flotilla for 2023. A lot of 28 or so boats have already gone through.

We are in Portobelo, and will travel to either side
Dont feel like leaving Portobelo to walk the docks
in Colon. Thus the post

Re: Panama Canal

There is a Facebook group "Panama Cruisers" where boats often post looking for linehandlers or people post looking for boats. I'd give that a go
