Pearson BT...?

What does the BT mean in the Pearson BT boat...it's a 34 footer from early 80's. I cannot find a reference for this model online or in the Pearson site. Thx.

The only thing I can think of is perhaps it refers to the centerboard model ?

A google search came up with nothing. I have never heard of "BT" model myself. Where are you seeing this ?
