Pirate windows

I have a beautiful 41 outisland Morgan sailboat, unfortunately I think my stern is about as ugly as my x wife. I want to do a teak overlay and get rid of the cheap plastic opening ports and replace them with fixed bronze stern ports like on the back of Formossas and some other yachts. Could anybody please tell me who made them or where i might find them new. Ive searched for used ones and that isnt working well. My next step is going to be self fabricating.
