Prepping a Sabre 27 for circumnavigation

Hi everyone,
So, to cut an incredibly long story short.... i have recently purchased a Sabre 27 which i hope to refurbish and outfit to take around our lovely blue drop in the galaxy.
A lot of this trip i imagine will be done solo. However, there is a chance that a friend will join me with her dog for some of that including the Atlantic crossing.
Since Muska is only 27ft, i do have a massive amount of questions on food, water and fuel storage, rigging, food preps... infact...EVERYTHING!

i would especially love to hear from anyone who has done ocean crossings in 27ft or similar size. Please share your experiances with me, on what you took, what you didnt and what you wish you did. fool carried, food, water ec.
water maker or just carry provisions..

SO, I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM ANYONE WHO MAY BE ABLE TO HELP!

many thanks in advance.
