Question for SF Bay area sailors

I posted this on Lats & Atts forum and got verty little response. Lesse what people come up with over here..

***

Is there a forum for SF Bay area sailors? Other than letters published in Lat 38 that is. I've been combing the internet and only found two. One is contunally spammed by xxx ads and the other seems kinda' dead.

With all the boats I see out there, I'd think there'd be a hoppin' forum somewhere on the internet for the SF Bay area.

Is there one? Anyone?

Thanks millions!

Sheesh, responding to myself and adding links to other formums, double tacky.

Sorry!

I've set up a SF Salling forum (Mostly for locals) if anyone is interested. Here's the link : SF Sailing forum - updated link (12/6/04)

Enjoy!

Forum got thwacked so we had to start over. This also changed the link.

Here's the new link : SF Bay sailing forum

I looked at the sfsailing.com one and didn't like it at all. Also there's only like one post a month on there. Not social enough for me. I'm looking form somehting a little more easygoing and social.

There is a fairly active email list on yahoo groups. 600+ members, 5-10 posts a week.
