recommend longterm boatyard in N. Caribbean

Good day, can anyone recommend a boatyard in the northern Caribbean where we'd leave our boat on the hard for almost a year? I'm looking for a serious enterprise that prepares properly for hurricanes and has the right set-up. Then there's security from thieves. Then price.

So far Jolly Harbour in Antigua and Puerto del Rey in Puerto Rico seem to stand out.

I know it's a subject that is often discussed but much of the info online is years old or so fragmentary that I can't get a good picture. What about Sint Maarten for example?

I want northern Caribbean to have an easy leg up to the US via the Virgins/Bahamas when we eventually do come back and get our boat, (so Trinidad/Greneda is not so attractive, despite other advantages)
