Saiboat Storage in FL Panhandle - Options?

I'm looking for a seasonal/long-term on-hard storage for a 41' sailboat in Florida Panhandle / Gulf area (possibly AL, MS, LA). DIY preferable.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Here is a short list of boatyards in panhandle area.

Nelson's boatyard: Nelson Boat Yard, Gulf Shores, Alabama | Yacht Service | Boat Yard | Yacht Repair | Boat Repair | Haul Out
Southeast corner of Mobile Bay, in Bon Secour River
Check elevation, might be flooding risk in Cat 4 or 5 hurricane
I've used them for my own DIY and no issues
Ask to speak with Gator. I don't know his real, but he is one of the Nelsons who own/run the place.
