Sea of cortez

We are retiring this year and we are thinking to go down to the sea of Cortez with our 45 feet sailboat.

I am planning to sail but we want to have a yearly place in a marina. Any recommendations? Price estimation?

La Paz seems to be popular? Any specific other places for liveaboard? Any community there?

We are planning a budget of 30K per year.

Both of us speak Spanish fluently.

https://www.marinadelapaz.com/rates/ shows $1039 for 45 foot slip. Very active cruiser community. Availability can be difficult. We are planning on Mazatlan which is only slightly less expensive but less gringo too. Depends on whether your plans are SoC. If so, San Carlos is a possibility.
