Shore power

Hey folks,
Novis here trying to figure out the on board electronics. I plugged into shore power but now the cabin lights won’t work. But my outlets work just fine. I attached pics of all the toggles. What am I missing?
Thanks

What more is saying is that you have turned off your 12 volt DC electrical power. Nothing 12 volts will work with the power source turned off. It is the big red switch.

Also, the circuit breakers are all turned off. Both the battery switch and the individual circuit breaker for the item(s) you want powered must be on.
