Stability Calculations

I have found a document on my boat (a sailing catamaran) that states... Windspeed/Stability Calculations. Weight in lbs ---11550.00lbs (5.25tonne), Beam Cl-Cl(Ft) ---14.76ft, Sail area(sq ft) ---757.00, Ht of C. of E. (ft) ---22.80ft. Windspeed (static stability) 44.00 knots. Winspeed (dynamic stability) 26.40 knots. Can anyone explain to me what does this mean, in plain English? Also, 5.25 tonne. How many kilograms is this? Thank you for any replies in advance.

I can help on the tonnes.
It's 5250 kg.

1 tonne (metric) = 1000 kg.
