Stacked Main/Generator Setup

Saw that the new C46 Bavaria offers a stacked engine generator setup versus having the generator somewhere aft in a locker area. Thought that was a fairly nifty idea as you do typically have more space in there with the stairs but then I’d imagine maintenance on that main would be a nightmare. Are there any other builders that have done this or people with first hand experience?
