Surveyor in Annapolis?

I am in need a very good surveyor in the Annapolis area for a potential purchase. Recommendations please for a very through person with good credentials.

My choice is (albeit a bit more expensive because of the travel), Mike Previti, Previti Marine Consultants & Surveyors. He goes up the mast, he is very thorough, he really works FOR YOU, not for the deal to go through. Great Surveyor.

Over the years I've used Mike and highly recommend him also. Last time he did a laminate profile on my boat located in Annapolis at the time to determine the extent of blister damage.

I can highly recommend Karen Alt of Anchor Marine Surveys. I have worked with her in the last 45 days. She probably saved me years of misery. Your broker will probably not be happy, which is probably the best compliment you can pay to a surveyor.
