Synthetic decking replacement options and cost

Currently have a 45' mono hull with an older synthetic decking (cork like material/fake teak) that is failing with age and sun abuse. The time has come to replace it. Currently it is fully glued down to the fiberglass decks.

Option one is to pull it up, sand and paint.

Option two is to pull it up and replace with synthetic again. This is the preferred choice.

Has anyone done this within the past 2 years and willing to offer up the experience and cost? I will be looking for a vendor anywhere from Florida to North Carolina.
