Treadmaster non skid deck material

Does anyone have experience or information regarding how Treadmaster deck material holds up in the tropics? I am considering applying the lightest available color which is sand color and I am sure that too will be hot under foot, but I am looking for real life experience with how it stands up and how it looks after 3 to 5 years.
