Unknown Sail

I picked up a boat today that came with a small dinghy sized sail and I was curious to Make of boat it is from.

Here is a picture if anyone knows.

I was thinking of donating it to someone who is in need of it.

It's a sail from a Spanish galleon dinghy - they didn't use outboards.

what kinda boat was this found in?? and what size. if is a medium sized or big boat, they prolly either couldnt find the sail for their dink or they used the small sail as a steadying sail off the backstay for anchoring.
