Please provide recommendations for internet search sites for used sailboats for a cruiser. Im in the great lakes region. But, would be interested in an east coast boat.
yachtworld, boats.com, boat trader, seem to be the ones Im finding.

Sailboatlistings.com (remember to check the dates of the listings, though - owners often forget to delete their ads once their boat is sold), local craigslist and if you're in Canada - kijiji.

There are more than one, listing resources only accessible to brokers.

One is called Soldboats

I have heard of brokers doing lookups for non-customers, but you'd need to ask nicely

You can get access to soldboars.com for like $500/month.

Also, I think just like the MLS, yachtworld has more info for the broker members than the general public.

The listing broker will also do a lookup for you. You don't need to involve an additional broker for that. While useful information for valuation purposes, those are boats that have already been sold, so it's not an active database of available boats.
