Using Another Person's Boat

A close friend will be using my boat in the BVI. Will he need any documentation from me when doing customs and immigration. He will be going to the US Virgins.

Re: using another person's boat

You should give him a notarized letter of permission to captain the boat, sort of like what a delivery captain would want to have. Be sure to mention the areas he is allowed to take the boat and what expenses he is authorized to incur or contract for during his time on the boat. Just some protection for you and him.
