VMG bottom paint

Does anybody have experience with VMG bottom paint for fresh water?

Their literature claims it can be painted over VC17. If so, this is a good alternative to the ban on copper and the dilemma with covering VC17 without removal.

Sea Hawk's VMG is a vinyl paint, like VC17, and is therefore compatible. There are several compelling reason not to use Sea Hawk products, however. It is copper-free but whether it is a good alternative to copper paints, IMHO, there are none.
