Question Walker Bay fore & aft balance

Hi all,

We have a Walker Bay 8. I have found that when rowing alone it is a dream. With two aboard, we sit a little down in the stern shall we say...

Anyone discovered a solution to the problem that doesn't involve extreme dieting, the removal of body parts or the leaving of loved ones ashore?

I was thinking along the lines of a forward rowing station...

Turns out Walker Bay

will sell a pair of oarlock sockets to match the existing ones. I think these combined with a fore and aft seat will do the trick!
