Which class(es) should I take?

I started lessons 10 years ago but my kids were born and the wife puked and quit on me.
I did 2 of the 3 weekend courses and feel I need a refresher and would ultimate like to sail the 7 seas.

Do you recall which classes you took? Probably 101 & 103? Did you get the certifications?

Many schools offer refresher classes so that should not be hard to arrange...especially if you book other training thru them. We used to offer refresher/certification challenge classes inexpensively (like $250) if student was booking other training.
