Angry What's with Rig-Rite???

Anyone Know what's going on down there? I heard rumor that there was a fire.

You try to contact them on the phone and all you get is an answering service that doesn't know anything. They just want you to use the Fax to communicate. How can they run a business that way?

It's probably very difficult to run a business such as theirs from a fax - particularily when they lost much of their of inventory and tooling.

From www.RigRite.com

Earlier this season there was a significant fire at Rig-Rite's main office and primary shipping facility. Fortunately, no one was injured.
While we are still accessing the loss and damages, we are striving to resume normal operations as soon as possible. Much was lost in the way of parts and tooling, but most items listed on-site are still available. We are currently in the process of rebuilding our office systems and parts inventories. During this phase response times will be delayed, we ask in advance for your understanding during this difficult time.
Phone: 401-739-1140
At the moment the best way to contact us is by FAX: 401-739-1149
We regret any inconvenience this may cause you. We will address all inquiries as soon as possible, under the circumstances.
