Looks like they are going to do another one. (in May 2019)

The race is from Ft Lauderdale FL to VA Beach, VA on 20' Beach Cats in the Atlantic Ocean which includes sailing around Cape Hatteras

This one should be interesting since many of the competitors will be in their mid to late 60's

Here's a video from the 2003 Race. Just getting out passed the surf line that year was hard
