Gord,

I read the article earlier and noticed the Pacific/Polynesia theme. I'm wondering if this will continue in the second installment or if anywhere else in the world made the top 10 list.

I would second Kota Kinabalu, Borneo. The town is not much, but as the gateway to Borneo (one of the most wonderful places on Earth!), well worth visiting. Be sure to arrive BEFORE the palm oil plantation owners have clearcut the entire rainforest ... that should take another 10 years at least.
