Well, I tried, but there was no Pete there. The barman pointed me at some French guy, who seemed determined that I wanted work done on the boat.

He kept saying "Zere are lots of Peter's here, what do you need done?"

Probably head off toward Erromango and Tanna tomorrow. Maybe catch up another time.

Strange, even the French dudes know me. I was down there a few hours yesterday afternoon. anyway, enjoy your cruising down south. Aneityum is a nice anchorage and a good place to clear out. I spent a bit of time down there installing the new pontoon on Mystery Island and the locals are great.
