Guam to Fiji and Back

Anyone know the best (quick & safe) way to go from Guam to Fiji? And most comfortable way back? Thanks.

Flying is good

sailing,head south from guam during the nw monsoon(nov-april) stay at 10-15 degrees north till longditude of fiji then head south for northen group,take lots of fuel!

heading back leave fiji in nov -dec head for kosirae fsm till you pick up ne trades (dec-may)
