Heading To Mexico from Ecluelet BC

Just finished a great shakedown around Vancouver Island from our home port in Gibsons. We are now hanging out in Ecluelet for about the next five weeks before heading south. Lots of time to prep and play in the fog. Beautiful cruising grounds and quick access to blue water.

Thanks and farewell to all the PNW cruisers out there for there support and advice over the last three years

If you are at the Small Boat Harbour, say Hi to Steve Bird, the harbour master, for me.

I assume you will be gunkholing around Barkley Sound.

Have a safe journey.

Thanks all
Doing the off shore route straight to San Diego, Look forward to some extended time on the blue.
Then most likely hanging out in Ensenada until later in the season.

Zeehag- I will be doing the passage solo, then meeting up with a friend/crew member in Ensenada. I have family and friends in Mazatlan. So most likely hang my hat there for the holidays. After that, well will see. My heart says South pacific, New Zealand. But my budget says catch a bus home and get a job for the summer months

(keeping plans open. Play it by feel, Eh.)
