Informative West Pacific website

Seeing this category, I thought it might be helpful to some to mention Terry Sargent's website, named after his Fuji 32 ketch, VALHALLA: www.yachtvalhalla.net/index1.htm

Terry's been cruising in the Western Pacific for some years now, oscillating between the Phillipines and Oz, including parts of Malaysia, Melanesia and Micronesia.

I had just communicated with Terry 2 weeks ago and he had just left Negros Or. (Philippines) on Dec. 14th heading for Malaysia. So that would make him 12 days out. Hopefully he was still in a safe zone.

I also e-mail a friend in AU, and he said there was only a heavy serge on the East coats.

So I think Terry and Rose should be OK!
