Oyster Bay near Bremerton (Puget Sound)

I'm thinking of spending a night at anchor in Oyster Bay, behind Bremerton (Puget Sound). I'll be in a monohull with a 6' draught. The entrance looks a bit shallow, but I'd be entering and exiting around high tide. Low(ish) tide at night while in Oyster bay. Think I'll have any trouble?

Re: Oyster Bay near Bremerton (Puget Sound)

I don't see any problem. We've stayed at both of the motels at the south end and have seen a few larger boats anchored. Judging from what can be seen at low tide, the bottom is likely _very_ soft. The likelihood of dragging is next to non-existant.

I'm not aware of any place where you could go ashore.

Cheers,m
