Recommend a Surveyor near Puerto Galera

I’m looking at a shipwright’s owner-designed and built 13m/43’ catamaran, 25 years old, one refit half that ago, and I need to find a surveyor while here at Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro—or somewhere relatively close—Batangas Bay or Manila maybe. . Does anyone recommend A SURVEYOR near PG or Manila?

I’ve only owned monos 27’ and under in So California and Seattle and haven’t cruised outside the close-by islands of those places—so any info or experiences or advise you think a guy should know starting out in SE Asia—advice, stories, and especially contacts—would be greatly appreciated.

I would have thought there would be one in Subic - have a look on https://www.pgyc.org Puerto Galera Yacht club home page - I am 99% sure I have seen some advertised.
