La Conner Marina. Only one marina in this town that I can see. It looks to be a nice place. You have to put in at Rainbow bridge just south of the marina. Not far away, could walk if you had to. They have u tube videos about there marina and there prices look to be fair. On google earth, the parking lot looks good. They also have a RV park close by the truck and trailer parking so maybe some RV folks will keep an eye out on things.
