San Juan Islands mooring balls

Does anyone know if DNR mooring balls are the same as State Park mooring balls in the San Juans? The reason I'm asking is because I see the boat length limit on the state park balls is 45 feet and I'm cruising a 46 foot boat. thank you

Not sure. Also, many are not available in winter I think. They remove some docks as well. But for one foot I wouldn't worry much about it.
