Vancouver Island Hot Springs

Has anyone heard if the hot springs near Tofino, on Vancouver Island have been made inactive by the recent earthquake? I read on the web that the Haida Gwaii ones were, but people down in Victoria seem to also think that the ones on Van Island were also affected.

I haven't heard of those being affected, just the ones in Haida Gwaii.

I think it's just Haida Gwaii (which is such a shame those were fantastic hot springs!). Maybe email tourism Tofino or one of the hotels up there, I'm sure they'd know.

Just starting to wrap my head around where to cruise next summer! 'Tis the season...

It was Hotsprings Island Haida Gwaii that after the Quake lost its hotsprings.
