A week experience on the water. Small craft sailing class and 4 days crewing from Oxnard to Ensenada. WFR certified, highly experienced outdoorsperson. Capable with photography, content creation and videography.

Highly value a respectful, patient, fun, and teaching dynamic aboard. Disembarked from current trip due to Captain repeatedly mentioning my weight and that that the shape of my a$$ was part of why I got the position, then calling me 'girl' and promptly kicked me off the morning after I asked him to not refer to me as such when executing/learning the ropes(sheets). So, again, only interested in a mutually respectful dynamic.
