Crew Wanted: Captain & crew for charter in Sea of Cortez

We are actively seeking a licensed captain for an upscale adventure sailing charter out of Loreto BCS. Catamaran experience required (Leopard 46), ASA or school instructor desirable (not for instruction, but most instructors are also very good with clients). Clients come first, and your role is to give them the best sailing experience possible.

Will fly you in from San Diego for charter weeks. This is a startup so bookings may be sporadic, so this is ideal for 1099 independent contractor status.

No smokers, or tobacco use, no vaping or substance abuse. Customer service is paramount. USCG 6-pack as a minimum and verifiable references.

Also looking for a crew person to handle client needs, cooking, hospitality type functions. Husband/wife teams ok. If skipper only, be able to work well with local crew person. Expect to start mid August with scuba focused, then transition to other boat centric adventures.
