Crew Wanted: Captain or competent crew wanted for Cape Cod, MA to Norfolk, VA, late Sept early Oct

I'm a semi/soon to be retired guy, looking for someone to help me take my recently purchased Pearson 365 ketch south from Cape Cod, MA in late September/early October, and help me build miles sailing her. The tentative destination is Norfolk,VA. I have dated racing crew experience, but no real crusing experience. The vessel is well equiped with GPS/Chartplotter and VHF radio. It has radar also, but functionality is unknown. I will pay for reasonable transit to/from vessel, and expenses onboard.
